What would you like to see on the 14 acres across from Nordhoff?

I would like to see it as part of the Ojai park system. Ideally, a donation from the family, or a partnership with the Land Conservancy and other NGOs, with the city involved.

The idea is to move quickly, as it could be sold to a developer or an investor.
