Would you support a law that is written for the whole city but only reaches a small number of properties each year?

I would not support an ordinance that reaches only a few dozen properties a year when the stated goal is the entire city. If the whole city is the intent, we need a mechanism that makes it faster, affordable, realistic, and, more importantly, attainable inside the time frame allotted. Anything less than that is perfunctory virtue signaling.
